Many issues we can diagnose remotely via WhatsApp video. If the problem is simple (filter clogged, settings wrong), we'll guide you over the phone.

Service visit or pickup

For ACs and fridges, our technician comes to your home (free within 10km). For mobiles and small items, you can bring them to the shop or send via courier — we cover return shipping if it's a valid warranty claim.

What's NOT covered

Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from misuse or external causes. Specifically excluded:
