The terms under which we sell, deliver, install, and warranty the products at New NP Electronics.
Effective Date: May 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of products and use of services from New NP Electronics ("we", "us"). By placing an order, visiting our shop, or using our WhatsApp service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Pricing
All products are genuine and sourced from authorised distributors. We carry items from LG, Samsung, Sensei, Goenka, Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi, and Realme.
Prices on our website are indicative. Final price is confirmed when you place your order via WhatsApp, phone, or in-shop visit.
Prices include VAT and other applicable taxes.
Prices may change without notice based on supplier costs. The price we quote when you order is the price you pay — we don't add surcharges later.
Featured discounts and "deal of the week" offers are limited time and may end early without notice.
2. Ordering Process
You can order in three ways:

Visit our shop — Lamki Bazaar, open 7 AM – 9 PM daily
An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing (WhatsApp message or printed invoice).
3. Payment
We accept:
Cash (in shop or on delivery)
eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay
Direct bank transfer
EMI through our financing partner (see Section 7)
We do not store credit card or bank account numbers. Digital payment is processed by your payment provider directly.
4. Delivery
Delivery terms are outlined in detail on our Service Area page. Summary:
Within 10km of Lamki Bazaar: Free delivery and installation, same-day or next-day
Beyond 10km: Delivery available with a quoted charge (typically Rs. 400–1,500 depending on distance). We always quote upfront — no hidden fees.
Delivery times may extend during Dashain, Tihar, and peak summer.
You can also pick up from the shop free of charge — just call ahead to confirm we have it ready.
5. Installation
Installation is performed by our trained team and is included in the delivery (free within 10km, included in the delivery fee beyond).
AC installation includes wall bracket mounting, refrigerant pressure check, and cooling verification.
Refrigerator installation includes positioning, stabilizer setup advice, and a power-on test.
Washing machine installation includes water inlet/outlet hookup and test cycle.
TV wall mounting is included if you provide a compatible wall mount.
If you self-install, we don't cover any installation-related warranty issues.
6. Warranty
Full warranty terms are on our Warranty page. Summary:
All products carry the official manufacturer warranty card.
Selected LG, Samsung, and Sensei ACs and refrigerators include up to 10-year compressor warranty.
Mobile phones typically carry 1-year manufacturer warranty.
We handle warranty claims directly — you don't need to deal with the manufacturer.
7. EMI / Installment Plans
EMI is available on most appliances and high-value mobiles.
Standard plans: 6, 12, 18, or 24 months
Standard down payment: 20% of the product price
Indicative annual interest rate: 14% (final rate depends on financing partner and tenure)
EMI paperwork is completed at the shop — no bank visits required
Late payment may incur additional charges set by the financing partner
EMI agreements are binding contracts. Missed payments may affect your credit standing.
8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want every customer to be satisfied. Our policy:
Damaged on delivery: Free replacement or full refund if damage is found at time of unboxing (during our installation).
Defective within 7 days: Free replacement or repair under warranty.
Change of mind: Returns within 3 days of delivery are accepted if the product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. A 5% restocking fee applies.
Used products: No returns once installed and used. Warranty applies for defects.
Mobile phones: No returns once unboxed and powered on, except for manufacturing defects (warranty applies).
9. Old Product Exchange
We accept old fridges, ACs, washing machines, and mobile phones as exchange against a new purchase. Exchange value depends on age, condition, and brand. Send us a photo on WhatsApp for an initial quote.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., food spoilage if a fridge fails outside warranty)
Damage caused by misuse, voltage surges where stabilizers were recommended but not used, or unauthorised modifications
Delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, supplier delays)
Our total liability for any single transaction is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
11. Dispute Resolution
Most issues are resolved by simply calling or messaging us. If a dispute can't be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a local consumer authority in Kailali before pursuing legal action. Nepali law governs these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via our website and WhatsApp channel.
